Trauma Support at House of Wellness
Trauma can shape how you see the world, how you respond to stress, and how safe you feel in your own body. Whether your trauma was a single event or a series of painful experiences over time, the effects can linger — even when you’ve tried your best to move forward.
At House of Wellness, Dr. Maniar offers trauma-informed care that honors your lived experience without rushing your healing. We understand how trauma affects the nervous system, emotions, memory, and relationships — and we approach treatment with empathy, patience, and respect.
